Scripture Lullabies warrants the Musical Teddy Bear will be free from defects in material and workmanship (the “Limited Warranty”) for a period of six (6) months from the date of original purchase or replacement. During this warranty period, Scripture Lullabies will repair or replace the Teddy Bear, or any parts of the Teddy Bear, that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

This Limited Warranty (i) applies only to the original purchaser/gift recipient of the product; (ii) covers purchases solely from an authorized retailer or distributor; and (iii) is not transferable. 

This Limited Warranty does not apply to and expressly excludes (a) re-sold merchandise; (b) cosmetic damage; (c) damage caused by use with non-Scripture Lullabies products; (d) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described in the product’s owner's manual; (e) a product or part that has been modified; and (f) claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions (assembly, installation, maintenance, and use), abuse, alteration, involvement in an accident and normal wear and tear.
