DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS

Downloading Your Music or Sheet Music

After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with your download link. Your files will come as a .zip folder that contains your music (MP3s) or sheet music (PDFs).

Note: Our digital audio downloads are standard MP3 files. While it may be possible to download them directly to a phone or tablet, the files won't automatically appear in your Music app or media library. For the best experience, we recommend downloading to a desktop or laptop computer first, then transferring to your mobile device using the steps outlined below.

Step 1: Download Your Files

  1. Open your order confirmation email
  2. Click the Download link
  3. Your file will download to your device (usually your Downloads folder)
  4. Locate the downloaded .zip file

Step 2: Unzip (Open) the File

On Mac (macOS)

1. Double-click the .zip file

2. A new folder will appear in the same location with your files inside

View the Apple guide here

On Windows PC

  1. Right-click the .zip file
  2. Select Extract All from the menu
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to choose a destination folder
  4. Click Extract — a new folder will open with your files

Apple guide: Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer

If you use Apple Music / iCloud Library (Sync Library)

If you have an active Apple Music subscription and Sync Library turned on, music added to your library on your computer can automatically appear on all your Apple devices when connected to the internet.

  1. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple Account on all devices
  2. On iPhone/iPad: go to Settings > Apps > Music and enable Sync Library

View Apple Guide here

Note: Sync Library requires an active Apple Music subscription. Without it, music will not sync automatically across devices.

Note: Downloading files directly to an iPhone or iPad is possible, but they won’t automatically appear in your Music app. Using a computer first is the most reliable method.
