Shipping Policy

When will my order be shipped?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 1 business day. Orders placed over the weekend (Friday after 10am MT through Sunday) ship the following business day. Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during holidays or periods of unusually high order volume.

 

Can you ship to an address that’s outside the U.S.?
Due to shipping restrictions and battery regulations in some countries, we are currently only able to ship our Musical Teddy Bears within the United States. We appreciate your understanding.

All other items are available for international shipment. Please note that you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or tariff fees assessed by your country upon delivery. International orders typically arrive within 8–20 business days.

 

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
