Refund Policy

Returns:

Any item in new, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for orders shipped within the contiguous United States only. International and non-contiguous U.S. orders are not eligible for return.

Items must be unopened, have tags attached, and show no signs of wear. If the return request is approved, a return postage label will be provided for printing, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Once the item is received, inspected, and verified to be in resellable condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method for the purchase price, less a $10 return postage fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns must be approved by us before they are sent in.

Exchanges:

At this time, exchanges for preference changes are not offered. If a different item is desired, please return the original item under this return policy and place a new order. Exchanges are only provided for defective merchandise or fulfillment errors.
