What Biblical translation is used for the lyrics?

In order to strike a good balance between musicality and lyrical content, several translations are used and sometimes intermixed depending on the song.

While some songs are “word for word,” others deviate slightly from the Scriptures, and in some cases, lyrical content has been added to enhance the meaning of the Scriptures.

Translations used: KJV, NKJV, NLT, ESV, NASB, and NIV

What ages is your music for?

While it’s assumed that lullabies are suited for babies and children, we continually hear how our music is impacting listeners of ALL ages, not just little ones! Our music is beautiful, peaceful, and timeless, and we have yet to meet an adult who doesn’t love it, so don’t let the word “lullaby” throw you off!

My son regularly asks to play “Be Still My Soul” before bedtime and sings it to himself randomly throughout the day. I ask him to sing it when he is afraid also. Super grateful for this album!

LOVE this CD. I was gifted this CD when my 1st was born in 2013 and have used it as bedtime and night nursing music for all 4 of my children. They all 4 still listen to it at bedtime. Even when we're away from home, I pull it up on a streaming app on my phone and the children fall right to sleep, no matter where we are. I've even played it for my campers (as the camp counselor), and every year they remember and ask me to play it for them at bedtime. These scriptures are now truly hidden in our hearts and we have quoted them in times of trouble and anxiety: the Word of God truly calms and brings peace. I have gifted this CD to others as well. We have several volumes but vol 1 is our favorite.
